I’m sorry but I’m not good with these kinds of technologies, so I couldn’t create a new post, so I’m attaching here a Management Control Systems lecture about the ratios that we have to analyze for the strategic plan. Also here I’m attaching a company annual report (METRO) so we can see the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Statement of Changes in Equity; and the Notes to the consolidated financial statements.

perfect, some comments:

- it should be nice to put name to the objectives as indicators. i.e. SP (Solution proposal) < 10 min.
- try to find some metric for the last 2 objectives
- we need some economic indicators, even if we don’t have yet the exact number.
