Monday 3pm, meeting to finish Marketing,HR, Branding – Work on Financials, Economics Feasability analysis, Executive summary
Tuesday , everyone revise the whole doc and put notes and considerations
Wednesday, Clean the inconsistencies, update notes and considerations, finish layout
Thursday – Sunday – If we have time we can consider doing things like:physical mock-up, presentation preparation, Web site layout(mock up),simulation of the buying process, delivery process, communication, purchase and packaging, (by objects), Value adding activites/users analysis,

Oye Locos,

this is the recently final version of the document. I added the parts of Bojana but didn’t format them so it looks ugly! Don’t be upset about it as VHD-nt Calero is going to fix it:)

here i attach a doc containing my work on: critical success points, small corrections on strategic objectives,a 2 page essay on PEST analysis, and personal relationship part from marketing.
