Our strategic objectives are:
- 1. Propose (the intellectual) solution within 9min 59 sec.
- 2. Deliver at least 5 min earlier in at least 95% of the orders.
- 3. Create and Imbed standards for flexible reactions and contingencies within a year
- 4. Go nationwide within two years
- 5. Having 80% national market share at the end of the 3rd year
- 6. Be acknowledged for the best suppliers’ relationships (paraphrase?)
- 7. Be among the most distinguishable brands in the working area.

Mission
“The name” is an innovative company which provides on-line consulting service and products related to special life events, in a creative, trendy and fashionable way for young adults and professionals.
Our company is concerned about the people with a hectic lifestyle and tries to offer solutions to make their life easier offering this service in a efficient “way”, which is our most important scope trying to deliver the “service” within time and at the beginning “the name” will cover Milano City and the surrounding area including some small cities within Lombardia.
Vision
The direction of “the name” is to create day by day more creative solutions satisfying not only all the customers of Milano City Surrounding area but also spreading in all Lombardia and later on in whole Italy by franchising the business model to people who can support “the name” logistically.
In the future we plan to cover not only the more widespread events, but all the special events in the life of the customers and they will be totally customizable.
The order cycle time for the services will decrease day by day, making us the consultancy on-line company preferred by young adults and professionals who wants to make their events in the most effective and stylish way.

VUgo – try to draft external analysis (Ang and Edu did some thinking as well so a basic sceleton is going to be enough for the meeting)
Ang – map the activities in time – basic planning of the time and major things we have to finish by 26th june
Ang+Edu – write and send to the professor the marketing estimation and marketshare target , the approach for this estimation and our reasoning behind it.
Ang+Edu+Bojanka(?) – try to put on paper as a value chain the things we discussed today, just a draft for further discussion. It will be very useful for Bojanka to join us because in this way she’ll have the chance to catch up…
Ang+Edu+Aleja+VUgo+Bojanka – as Homework – read and think about the Vission, Mission, Strategic objectives, Strategic segmentation, objectives and strategic value as preparation for the work on thursday and friday
Edu+Aleja+VUgo+Bojanka – remind Ang more often to talk less and write shorter

Hola Sechioni:),
ok , today we discussed mostly the internal analysis and the market volume/market share od the “thing” we are offering. We reached a good idea but as we all agreed it needs refinement.
Things that we’ll have to do at least by friday (as we are behind schedule..):
- description of the entrepreneurial team – background and competences
- physical description of the product, uses, cost, quality, service, stage of development
- Mission, vission
- Strategic objectives
- Objectives and economic value
- Strategic segmentation
It be very nice if we can think of a way to take more time to do these because as you can see it’s a lot… When we are done with these we are going to be at the beginning of the marketing section.
Have in mind that we are also not clear on the SWOT so…, i don’t want to stress .Edu but we are “a bit behind”
